Children over 5 »» up until teens :: 3 teaspoons per week (vinegar is optional, it does make the ormus taste more neutral however).
Teens :: 3 teaspoons per week
- Students :: 3 teaspoons per week
- Students During Exams :: 1 teaspoons per Day (helps relax)
Adults - Active lifestyle :: 1 teaspoon every 2 days
Adults - Heavy manual work :: 1 teaspoon per day
Athletes :: 1 tablespoon per day (max)
Older people (over 50's) :: 4 teaspoons per week (must take with vinegar for better results)
** NOTE: We have found that Older people who exercise will notice less muscle fatigue within a few weeks and will also notice that they can move much easier.
Cramps
People with cramps should be taking 5 - 6 teaspoons per week.
Pls allow at least several weeks for the muscles to absorb the minerals and you should notice a significant decrease in the cramps.
It is highly advisable that you do exercises as well including walking, swimming and muscle toning exercises.
