About Vinegar
Vinegar is one of the greatest products people under-use in this world.
VERY Important Points To Know
Commercial vinegar usually has a measured "set rate" of commercial acidity.
Home grown vinegar is "usually" not measured for acidity levels and thus can be far more potent than commercially made, store bought vinegar.
We Recommend
We recommend 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ACV with your Tikun Ormus daily.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
We recommend Apple Cider Vinegar because of the many health benefits which have long been associated with this product.
Lowers The Ormus pH
By adding 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar to your Tikun Ormus, you reduce the alkalinity and (especially as you get older) allow for much better absorption by your body of the minerals in the Ormus.
How Is Vinegar Made?
Vinegar is a liquid consisting mainly of acetic acid and water. The acetic acid is produced by the fermentation of ethanol by acetic acid bacteria.
Depending on how long you leave the vinegar to ferment, will depend upon how acidic the end result will be.
This critical to remember if you are making your own brews.
I would highly recommend that you firstly write down your formula's and steps taken and once you have something that works for you, please stick to this so that you can measure the acidity levels daily (preferably twice a day) so that you have a much more concise understanding of how to make vinegar and the acid levels as they increase daily.
This way you can eventually know how to make this without needing to look up the recipe's all the time.
